Downtown and Cherry Creek buildings almost always want a certificate of insurance naming the building or the HOA before the freight elevator can be reserved. We ask your property manager what they need as soon as you book, so a piece of paperwork does not stall the move at 7am on a Saturday.
Desks and workstations are labelled by person, not by floor. Monitors, docks and cables travel together in crates rather than loose in a box, and IT gear goes on the truck last so it comes off first at the new office.

Yes — that is how most office moves run. Friday evening through Sunday is the usual window, so staff arrive Monday to a working office.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for our building?
Yes. Most downtown and Cherry Creek buildings require a COI naming the building or HOA. Ask your property manager what they need and we arrange it.
Do you move IT and server equipment?
We move desktops, monitors, docks and networking gear. Racked servers and anything requiring decommissioning should be handled by your IT provider; we coordinate around them.
